here are two movies i'm unbelievably excited about that'll be out soon.
the first is i'm not there, a biopic on bob dylan that has actually been approved by the man himself. dylan will be played by six different actors, including heath ledger, christian bale, cate blanchett and a young african-american boy. i'm thrilled.
below is a clip that was leaked to youtube of blanchett's performance. this clip seems to be referring to the don't look back era of dylan. and if you're an arrested development fan, keep your eyes open for a familiar face:
this right here is the official trailer:
next up is: the darjeeling limited, by wes anderson. his movies are some of my all-time favorites. as my friend brandon said, get excited. here's the trailer:
note to jon: wes anderson does not suck.
wes anderson has recently posted a free short film to itunes that is related to the movie, called hotel chevalier. it features jason schwartzman and natalie portman. editor's note: this clip is somewhat explicit, so use your judgment.
and an extra bonus: iron man! i love comics. iron man has been a douche in the comics recently, but this movies looks like it will be fun. enjoy the trailer:
