so i haven't been around long enough to blog lately. but i'm happy to announce that em and i are now engaged. 07-07-07. it's got a ring to it i guess (and so does emily's finger).
if you wonder how i did it, i flew down to VA and surprised her. for the rest of the story, you'll have to contact me.
